4.7. The pump of cooling liquid

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Remove all belts.
4. Fix a pulley of the pump of cooling liquid, having wrapped up an old belt, unscrew bolts and remove a pulley.
5. Unscrew the case of the thermostat and carefully displace aside, without having damaged conducting. If necessary disconnect hoses and wires.
6. Unscrew bolts and remove the pump, having carefully knocked or having loosened to destroy consolidation.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a case and krylchatka condition, radial and axial люфты the pump roller, freedom of rotation of a krylchatka.
2. The pump is not subject to dismantling and is replaced as the uniform unit.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the pump, the demountable plane of the block of cylinders and the thermostat case.
2. On demountable surfaces of the pump put hermetic (at the left – the pump with the block of cylinders, on the right – the pump with the thermostat case).
3. Establish the pump and tighten bolts with the set moment.
4. Carvings of two bottom bolts grease with fixing structure.
5. Establish a pulley, tighten bolts with the set moment.
6. On a demountable surface of the case of the thermostat put hermetic
7. Establish the thermostat on the pump, tighten bolts with the set moment.
8. Dress belts, adjust a tension.
9. Fill in liquid.
10. Connect the battery to weight.
